The Opportunity
We are expanding our short-term rental portfolio and need reliable housekeepers to support property turnovers and quality control. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who can work independently and keep a consistent standard across multiple units.
What You'll Do
- Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays.
- Reset linens, towels, and supplies to STAYPR standard.
- Report damages, missing items, and maintenance issues quickly.
- Submit photos/checklists after each completed project.
- Coordinate with operations for same-day turns and urgent needs.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties in San Juan.
- English and Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
- Smartphone for checklists, photos, and scheduling updates.
Compensation
Contractor role paid per project completed (per turnover/service assignment). Rates depend on unit type, scope, and scheduling priority.
