The Opportunity
We are growing quickly and need dependable handyman contractors to support our operations across multiple short-term rental properties. You will help us keep units guest-ready, safe, and functional by completing work orders efficiently and with strong quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across units.
- Troubleshoot smart locks, AC controls, appliances, lighting, and wifi issues.
- Handle basic plumbing/electrical fixes within your capability and code limits.
- Coordinate with licensed specialists when escalation is needed.
- Document completed work with notes/photos and close work orders on time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated handyman/maintenance experience in residential or hospitality settings.
- Own tools and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
- Comfortable with weekend emergency calls when needed.
- Strong problem-solving and independent execution.
Compensation
Contractor role paid per project completed (per maintenance work order/task). Rates vary by scope, urgency, and complexity.
