What documents are required to apply?
Applicants must provide a recent pay stub (proof of income), a bank statement (proof of funds), consent to a credit history check, and consent to a background check. Section 8 vouchers are not accepted. The $35 application fee is requested only after initial review, before third-party background, credit, and eviction screening begins.
